- Download and Install Jisort App on your phone
- Register by giving the correct bio data
- Go to Dashboard
- Go to CRB Services
- Proceed further to upload image photo of your National ID Side A and Side B then Refresh Status
- Click CRB Certificate
- An Mpesa checkout popup will be generated to allow the certificate applicant to pay for the Certificate.
- If the popup doesn’t appear within 3 minutes, follow the payment guide provided on your screen by going to the Sim toolkit >Mpesa>Lipa na Mpesa>Paybill
- Upon payment processing and certificate verification, the CRB Certificate will be sent directly to your email.
